Our team can meet at a location that suits you, whether that’s at your home, a local café, or our office. If an in-person meeting isn’t convenient, we also offer phone and video call consultations to ensure you can get the information and support you need. 

During our chat, we’ll go over your goals, preferences, and any specific requirements, helping you understand what services might be the best fit. 

We want you to feel confident in your choices, so we’ll take the time to answer all your questions. To book a meeting, simply give us a call or fill out our contact form, and we’ll find a time that works for you.

Yes, you can! If someone is looking for disability support but hasn’t yet received an NDIS plan, we can help guide them through the process. 

Our team has extensive experience in the sector and understands how the NDIS application and planning process works. We can provide general advice on eligibility, what documentation might be needed, and how to start an application. If the person being referred is unsure about what supports they may need, we can also discuss options and what’s available. 

While we don’t process NDIS applications, we can offer helpful insights and point them in the right direction to get started. If they’re eligible for other types of support in the meantime, we’ll let them know what’s available.

Yes, we understand that support needs don’t always fit within a 9-to-5 schedule. That’s why we offer flexible support options, including evenings, weekends, and overnight care where needed. 

Our team is committed to providing assistance when it’s most helpful for you. Whether it’s personal care, community access, or in-home support, we’ll work with you to create a schedule that aligns with your routine. Some services, such as Supported Independent Living (SIL), operate 24/7 to ensure round-the-clock assistance.
